  1. I am most disappointed in the effort to locate this lady so far. This is a very sad and troubling story. It is a most unfortunate thing when we cannot find a precious soul in a small 10 X 12 island. Frankly speaking, I do not think that enough effort has been made to locate her and I am also calling for the utilization of state agencies (police force, defense force and all their resources) in an effort to find her. Churches must also get involved as well, particularly the seventh Day Adventists Church of which she was a member. We need a full day when all citizens can go out and locate this lady. Our nation has been too casual about her disappearance and we seem to become so carefree about life. Let us all get involved in looking for her. We need a national effort immediately.

    • Um….er…..have you NOT been following the news? Everything you wish to see has already been done (police, defense force, church, community members etc).

Aren’t you a contributor to articles on this forum? And you watch ABS too.

Calling for a national effort? I hope you already searched for her and are continuing to do so.

      • Never said that it wasn’t done. I am suggesting that it must be continuous and in large enough numbers so as to make a difference. People make greater efforts to find their dog if it is lost…….this is a human being. I call for a national effort involving everybody. She is somebody’s mother and I can understand their pain. Antigua is a small place…………To say that someone is lost in Antigua and cannot be found sounds like a big joke.

        • Oh I see. I saw no reference to “continue to search” in your original post. It read like nothing has been done. Perhaps your writing is ambiguous.

The effort needs to continue until she is found.

        • Your post, however, implies that the suggestions you made were not done. You are calling on the Adventists when have also looked for her. Just admit you were not apprised of the situation before you decided to make a post.
