Scotts Hill Man Robbed at Gunpoint at Allex Restaurant in Cooks Hill-
Source- Real News Antigua: Reports say that a Scotts Hill man telephoned the Grays Farm Police Station and reported that he had been robbed at gunpoint at his father’s business place, Allex Restaurant, of an undisclosed sum of cash.
This offence reportedly occurred at about 9:30 p.m. on March 7 at Cooks Hill.
Reportedly, the victim was inside the restaurant when two masked men came through the entrance door, with one holding a small handgun.
Allegedly, he pointed it at the young man, demanding money and ordering him to open the door leading behind the counter.
Reportedly, the victim complied, and the two bandits entered the area and stole an undisclosed sum from the cash register, shoving it into a backpack.
The robbers then made good their escape in a westerly direction.
A search was carried out in the area for the cash and any persons fitting the description of the robbers, but without success.
