Royal Caribbean Recruitment Kicks Off for Antigua and Barbuda Residents Today

POINTE XPRESS:

Residents of Antigua and Barbuda who have expressed interest in securing employment with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines (RCL) will begin the selection process today.

The pre-screening stage will prepare applicants for the upcoming interviews scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday.

RCL is recruiting executive chefs, pastry and sous chefs, first and second cooks, and youth counselors.

While the Ministry of Tourism, responsible for coordinating the event, has received fewer applications for the youth counselor positions, the recruitment drive is an opportunity for job seekers.

Royal Caribbean joins Carnival Cruise Lines and MSC Cruises in providing employment opportunities for Antigua and Barbuda residents over the past year.

  1. I only hope safety & accountability measures are put in place to protect workers aboard these cruise lines, from rape, sexual abuse etc., bcz when one is on a ship in the middle of nowhere, one’s protection becomes paramount, of utmost importance. Just saying.
