Second Road Project Traffic Management plan – Work on Sir Sydney Walling Highway (SSWH). 
 
The flow of traffic will be affected by Road Closure & Single Lane Traffic on some sections of the roadway
 
ONGOING: – closed section of SSWH between the Viv Richards Cricket Stadium and Parham Corner.
Wednesday 3rd March until Saturday 6th March, 2021 – The traffic from Parham Corner to Mount Joy  will be affected by single lane traffic and will be controlled by Flag Persons during the day time.

2. Base Work 
Wednesday 3rd March until Saturday 6th March, 2021 – from west of Pares Village towards the entrance of the village – Single Lane Traffic controlled by Traffic Lights.

3. Road Shoulders 
Road work will be ongoing East of Pares Village towards turn off to Collins – Traffic will be affected by Single Lane Traffic controlled by Flag Persons during the day time for the remainder of this week

4. APUA Communication ducts 
This type of work will be ongoing East of Seatons  and will result in Single Lane Traffic Controlled by Flag Persons for the remainder of this week.

    • They are not loans, they are grants. CDB is handling them, because you know what happens if they hand the money over direct.

    The grants were given by England.To do two highways,Friars Hill Road and Sir George Walter Highway.Sir Sydney Walling Highway was not a part of that grant money from England.The CDB is handling those funds.The money for the upgrade of Sir Sydney Walling Highway is a loan from the CDB.If you do not believe me.Ask Gaston Browne.
