  1. This is so sad. Our young people need to be taught conflict resolution. Two families are now in a crisis situation. Condolences to the family of the deceased.

  2. Too much people don’t know how to resolve conflict anymore with words, it’s always violence.
Time to bring in the death penalty

  3. What the heck is going on with our young men in Antigua? Have the lost hope? Is the system not working for them? Will will they realize they have to find ways and means to resolve conflict without killing one another? Have they not heard of 1735? Why would they want to spend the rest of their lives in a place like that? More question than answers. Attorney General Cutie Benjamin you’re not off the hook here. If the ALP is more than an empty vessel making lots of noise it’s time to rise up. Get your Religious Leaders, and Social Scientists together and look for solutions. Crimes of all sorts in Antigua are at an alarming rate. I’m losing recognition of the darn place that I grew up. Get up and do something.

    • These are just the beginning of the Perilous times that the Bible spoke about in 2 Timothy 3:1
The heart of man is so far removed from anything that is connected with the Creator. Instead, the heart is completely sold out to the enemy. So when the evil impulse invades one’s mind, it is EXTREMELY (ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE NOW) to resist and go the peaceful way. Without that connection with the God of Love and Peace, more and more we will witness MANY greater evil escalating not only in our small nation but gobally. The Spirit of God is slowly being withdrawn from this earth; as manknind in general has shown that it prefers to go the way of evil even though we witness the consequences of that path every day. Just take a simple glance at our world. It i one MESSED UP PLACE: Haiti, Syria, Gaza, Ukraine, Sudan…….

The root cause of ALL the ills is SIN! What is sin? The transgression of God’s Holy Law as outlines in the Ten Commandments.
We cannot have it both ways. The choice was given in the garden of Eden: Good or Evil. We have chosen Evil.

We will NEVER. be forced to go God’s way. We sow and we reap. At the end of the day, each one of us will give account for every thought, word and deed. No escaping that.

The world is in a rapid race to the final great battle between Good and evil. Unfortunately, the majority ( even in the professed christiandom), being deceeived; have chosen the WRONGTEOUS path.

Serious times we are living in. Still we have not seen anything yet. The worse is still to come!
But the great news is that we have HOPE: once we are willing to turn to the ONLY SOURCE of HOPE. How many of us will make that change now..how many are willing to swim against the evil tides and stand on the side of Truth?

People: The cry is going out. Awake: WORLD “CRYSIS”: THE END SOON COME !

  6. Every time there is a murder in Anu ppl chat bout what’s going on on my tiny island 😢. They are doing exactly as they have been taught by their idols who sing about committing crime from the safety of a studio.

  7. The root of this problem of violent crime on the rise is a combination of a few things .. the younger generation who are parents to those kids 40-45 yes .. didn’t have them in church .. the young generation 18-25 is uneducated .. barely finished school and no further formal education .. mostly sit around villages and do nothing …. No marketable job skill and are lazy so won’t do manual labor or keep a job because they are not disciplined… high rate of this age group getting people pregnant or becoming pregnant 18-25 so now desperate for funds … also 18-25 grossly engaged in social media so they see everybody with things but they are not working and have no funds so forced to go and rob people ..

  8. It’s a Badman thing, it’s a warn a be thing, it’s a drug thing, it’s a you nah go come yah and think you badder than me thing, it’s a show off thing, it’s a gangster thing, it’s just a dumb and idiotic thing, but easy money, prison and death comes with it.
