Rescheduled Hearing for Fatal Collision Involving Dayneri Ferrer Vincent-Urlwin and Police Officer Set for March 1
Dayneri Ferrer Vincent-Urlwin’s committal hearing, accused in the fatal collision with Police Constable Robert Dyer last year, has been rescheduled to March 13.
The incident, involving Vincent-Urlwin’s Jeep Wrangler and Dyer’s motorcycle on September 4, 2023, resulted in the officer’s tragic death.
The collision occurred at 11:20 am on Sir Sydney Walling Highway, leading to Dyer’s official pronouncement of death at 12:45 pm.
Vincent-Urlwin, currently on bail, awaits her court appearance to determine if there’s enough evidence for a High Court trial.
