Requirements for Special ID Card for General Elections 2026

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda — April 29th, 2026 —Electors who apply to replace their expired Voter’s ID Card will be issued a Special Identification Card (special ID) at the Registration Units within the Constituencies on Thursday 30thApril 2026 – Election Day. 

The Registration Units will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.to facilitate this process.

Electors are reminded that they must bring the following:

• A passport-size photograph

• A valid government-issued identification

For electors with lost/stolen VALID Voter’s ID Card, the process to replace these cards will take place at our Headquaters in the David Shoul Building located on the Queen Elizabeth Highway (former US Embassy now Passport Office) on the 2nd floor. Applicants should come prepared with the following:

• A valid government-issued identification

• A passport-size photograph

Please note that the Special ID document will be retained at the Polling Stations after use on Election Day. -END-

  1. THAT IS PART OF THE THIEFING STRATEGY. AFTER YOU VOTE IN YOUR CONSTITUENCY GO TO ANOTHER, REPORT A LOST CARD, GET ANOTHER CARD AND VOTE AGAIN AND THAT’S HOW WE WIN THIS IS THE USUAL PLAYBOOK. TIME TO STOP IT. ELECTIONS MUST BE FREE AND FAIR

Yep these little poor workers in these job may be intelligent enough to have speaking skills but not command of their person, they will condescend to whoever is rich or has the means, same with police and all other government offices, and if it’s a Caucasian they will tip toe around them, clearly they are fearful of Gaston, all their administrative logistics are instructions from Gaston even though he is out of power, but his money is in power in their wanton eyes, so that said this explains how Gaston say he move people around to vote, because these special voting cards will disappear after election and not even the court will order the release of the picture list to these special cards.
    Let’s vote all the way for the UPP to make a change because the present ALP preside over this trickery.
