PiAngo Fest, the rebrand of the Ministry of Agriculture’s Mango Fest, designed to infuse and incorporate our national fruit and the worlds sweetest pineapple, the Antigua Black Pineapple, will be held on Saturday 19th August and Sunday 20th August, at the Cades Bay Agricultural Station in Old Road.
PiAngo Fest is held each year to showcase the diverse use of mangoes and pineapples in not just their natural state, but also to highlight the many other local products that can be made from mangoes and pineapples.
It is also a platform to promote the business acumen of our local vendors, agro-processors, farmers, and other businesspersons.
Registration for vendors for the event remains open until August 11th, and registration forms can be downloaded from the Ministry’s website or picked up at the Ministry’s headquarters on independence drive.
Registration fee is $75 for one day or $120 for both days and must be paid into the ministry headquaters.
Vendors must offer some mango or pineapple related item for sale.
