Regis Burton Confident in Winning All Saints West Seat and Representing ABLP
Regis Burton, vying for the caretaker representative position in Antigua and Barbuda’s All Saints West constituency under the Antigua Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP), has expressed strong confidence in his candidacy.

In an interview on Observer Radio, he stated, “I do believe that I’m the individual currently who is capable of winning that seat.”
He further emphasized, “I definitely see myself as someone that’s going to bring value to the constituency of All Saints West.”
Burton’s says his assertion of being the best person for the job is rooted in his track record and approach to governance.
He highlighted, “Personality plays a lot, I realize in politics, and I’m genuinely compassionate, I genuinely tend to listen more than I speak.”
“This emphasis on action over rhetoric aligns with modern-day expectations from politicians, as Burton noted, “Let me see your work speak for yourself.”
According to Burston, his decision to enter politics was a deliberate one, driven by a desire to address longstanding issues and make a tangible impact.
Burton’s confidence in his candidacy stems from his belief that his past work has already spoken volumes about his capabilities.
He aims to leverage his experience and commitment to community service to bring about positive change and elevate Antigua and Barbuda’s standing on the global stage.
