  2. It’s now two and a half years into the current prime minister’s term, and despite a new manifesto, we still haven’t seen the delivery of promises from the last one. Antigua is in a worse place—our hospitals still lag, roads crumble, and the MRI machine is unreliable. And now, we face new visa restrictions that leave us less respected internationally. How can we trust this government, when they haven’t even fulfilled their last pledges? And yet, he claims UPP would do worse. We must hold our leaders accountable—Antiguans, we can’t afford more empty promises.

  4. Re the sports development. Emphasis placed on motorsports but what happened to the proposed XCD30 million foreign direct investment to develop and operate a casino and horse racing track??? It’s a burning shame. Since 2014, this government hasn’t given much support to that sport. 25 years of suffering due to a lease dispute (leased under LB) and now that the ATC has won its case and seek outside investment to develop the track and improve the sport, no governmental support whatsoever!!! Unbelievable.
    Well, since it’s Gaston’s son who is in charge of the ABDRA it only makes sense that he is supported by his dad and the Cabinet. The ABDRA’s President is Gaston Andron Browne; the ATC’s President is Hansen Richards, both from Villa. The son of Blinds and the nephew of Melford Nicholas and you mean to tell me that only one can receive the blessings and support from Gaston and his government? Advantage will never end in this country.

Meaningless documents because Gaston is a one mane dictator, none a his minister can do or say thing to follow any rules, and none a the policy can get finance when it is a reckless money destructive finance minister at the helm just taking the money for he and his family and once Ron saunders get he big salary.

  9. Nothing in the ABLP manifesto pertaining to the CLICO/BAICO debacle in Antigua, affecting a whole lot of people. ABLP GASTON BROWNE What are you going to do about it? People are suffering for 17 years now – a long, long time, unable to meet their daily needs, medical expenses etc. and living hand to mouth. Other countries affected have paid their people – Trinidad, Barbados, Bahamas, St. Lucia, Guyana and in 2025 Grenada has started paying the policy holders . Let us know and we will vote accordingly at the general elections on 30 APRIL 2026.
    Everyone want their own INDEPENDENCE. Give us the money that belongs to us, we need to help our children and grand children to be independent and not becoming a political pawn to no one, what is the use of FREE TURKEY AND HAM, when we can’t be masters of our individual FINANCES. G.B you are creating a two tier society “THE HAVES AND THE HAVE NOTS”. COMMUNISM.
