Harold Lovell, Political Leader of the United Progressive Party (UPP), says the country is now feeling the pain of the millions of tax dollars given away or waived by the Gaston Browne Administration.
Lovell reveals that the most recent Article IV Report by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) confirms that over $400 million in taxes was lost in this way.
The UPP Political Leader says the Browne Administration seems incapable of handling tax-payers’ money prudently.
He notes that the authorities had promised to curtail tax waivers, but that this does not appear to have happened. — REAL News
