  1. A great group of young ladies. The standard of the shows is improving. Even the Labour Queen Contestants are impressive. I’m glad that in Antigua to witness these choices.

  2. Impressive. This has been the most contestants for a carnival queen competition in the 69 years of the pageant’s history. Usually there were only 6 or 7 contestants. The selection was more selective and diverse than most years, with young ladies from different the ethnic groups in Antigua. Its a shame there will be no Caribbean Jaycees Queen competition this year. Something that has never happened since the shows inception in 1962. Hopefully they will reconsider. We need to have our contestants vie for Miss Universe & Miss World like we did in previous years. Good luck to all the girls.

  3. Calvin S my good friend, you are THE one and only leading expert of all pageantry. I hope we can start to send delegates to Miss Universe & Miss World pageants again. Hope to see you this carnival and we will meet up with my BFF Veron Stoute (who in my opinion is the best Miss Antigua & Miss Jaycees in Antigua s carnival history) for good times 🎶 🍣 🦞 🍷 🕺 💃
