Prostate Cancer Survivor Urges Men to Prioritize Early Screenings, Citing Hidden Risks

2

Prostate cancer survivor Eugene Hurst is urging men to prioritize regular screenings, highlighting the importance of early detection.

Speaking on state television, Hurst warned that even men who feel healthy or take supplements, especially gym-goers, may be at high risk for elevated PSA levels and prostate cancer.

Hurst, who discovered his high PSA levels in 2017 without any symptoms, continued his gym routine during treatment but stopped using testosterone supplements after learning they could contribute to cancer growth.

His message is simple: early detection can save lives, and all men, particularly those using supplements, should get screened regularly.
