Prosecution Appeals Verdict in Bruce Greenaway Murder Trial

The prosecution has filed an appeal against the recent verdict acquitting the former Bruce Greenaway murder accused.

Police officer Jason Modeste and Defence Force soldiers Shakiel Thomas, Armal Warner, and Aliyah Martin were freed from the murder charge that had been looming over them for over three years.

However, the prosecution’s appeal could lead to a potential retrial for the defendants.

The initial verdict was based on the defense’s argument of insufficient evidence.

The DPP needs to Appeal this unjust decision.The Antigua Justice System is is heading down a Road of Corruption.The Public is not pleased with this decision and we want JUSTICE for BRUCE GREENAWAY we the public are waiting patiently for the outcome of this case.Too much Corruption in the Court System.
