PORTS SERVICES LTD LABOUR APPRECIATION
Antigua’s first local aviation entrepreneur Ports Services Ltd. (36 yr) in appreciation of the CAS employees who stand to be soon unemployed, has engaged the expertise of Antigua’s newest union stalwarts to assist the staff using the assets of Ports Services Ltd.
The People’s Union under the guidance of their President Mr. Ralph Potter has for the last several months been in negotiations with interested parties, and the Minister of Aviation, to develop ways and means of securing the CAS aviation business for the staff and management.
Time ran out, and the passion seems to have also changed course, as favoured individuals in the business community seem to desire entry into the airport business.
The gift to the staff of 49% of the newly proposed corporate structure, mirrors the CAS corporate partnership between Massey(BGI) 49% and LIAT 1974 Ltd. 51%
The People’s Union will move forward diligently to develop this Workers Ownership Corporation.

Is it me or this reads like Makeda Mikael wrote it? I feel bad for the CAS workers but all the wickedness in Antigua and Barbuda is being exposed and Port Service owner needs to repent for her deeds.
