Police are seeking the public’s help in locating the relatives of this lady.
She answers to the name”Moltina Charles-Serraphin.”
She was found wandering by two female employees of Public Works around10:10 am (today)Monday on Old Parham Road, in the vicinity of KFC Restaurant.
She is currently at Police Headquarters on American Road.

Congratulations to the workers who “found” this lady, and to the police for getting out the word. Hopefully she will be recognized and soon be home with her family. She is in the prayers of many.

Probably just wondered away,she looks well kept,nicely dressed.. Thank God she was found by these people.
There are so many caretakers looking for jobs out here…. elderly day cares too…when things like this happens….hold the adults accountable and charge their ass for neglect. Up until now a lady can’t be found.
