The Police Administration has expressed gratitude to the general public for their overall cooperation and adherence to the protocols over the Easter Holiday weekend.
The period itself went relatively incident-free, barring a few minor incidents.
The restrictions governing the closure of beaches were generally complied with; however, several persons were ticketed for social gathering restrictions and failure to wear face masks.
Once again, persons are reminded that no more than five (5) persons are allowed to gather at any place at any given time, whilst observing the social distancing guidelines.
Also, face masks are to be properly worn covering both the mouth and nose.
The Police Administration encourages the public to continue to adhere to the COVID-19 protocols as we continue to combine our efforts in fighting this deadly disease.

Who is this man in that photo? What is his rank? I notice the news item skillfully did not include it. Can someone of the reading public advise as to who he is?
The name tag says Rodney and based on a recent court ruling it would mean that he is the illigitimate Commissioner of Police. I find it funny that the news article made no mention of him despite posting his picture.
That is the Commissioner of Police…….who instead of sending his lazy officers to enforce the law on the beaches prefers a closure of the beaches which or dunce Prime minister went out to do this Easter weekend. What did it do it caused a lot of private pool parties and house parties with way more than 5 people. But again our dunce CMO and Minister of health want to close beaches which is healthy to most people. Salt water kills all. But instead of stopping the people liming on the roads outside of the beach they close the beach. Poor Gaston you not only look like Hitler but you are acting crazy like he did in his last days…….hope you don’t shoot yourself when the end is near.
People get the vaccine and still have to wear masks and social distance.
