Identity of road fatality victims revealed

The two people who died in a traffic accident on Saturday morning are both young men.

Police today released the names of Khalil Baltimore, 23, of Willikies and McKevens Snagg of Cashew Hill.

The two men died in a collision on Sir Sydney Walling Highway in the Vicinity of Transport Board Inspection Center.

Baltimore was the driver of the beige Toyota Corolla  A51834 owned by Crystal Shine Car.

A grey Nissan Urvan Pickup C3963 owned and driven by Dexter Wason a Magistrate of Vernons was the other vehicle involved in the collision.

According to reports, the pickup was travelling from east to west and the car was travelling from west to east at a high rate of speed.

It is believed the driver lost control of the car while coming around the corner and collided into Pickup.

Baltimore died on the spot while Snagg the passenger died later in the hospital.

Dexter Wason, the Magistrate and his wife, also sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital, treated and discharged.
