Police are currently probing a shooting incident at Potters on Monday 12th August that left 47yr-old Victor Michael Solomon, aka “Six” of Potters nursing a single gun shot to his upper body.
It is alleged around 8:45 a.m, an armed man wearing mask, exited a small silvery looking vehicle and opened fire at him, injuring him in the process. He was transported to Mount St John Medical Center via the ambulance, where his condition is listed as stable. Police have since recovered a number of spent 9mm shells from the scene.
Police are appealing to residents in the area who may have information that can assist them further in their investigations to immediately contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or 462-3914.
