Police are conducting investigations into the circumstances that caused the death of 31-year-old Kemmoy Jeffers of Fort Road.
Jeffers’s body was discovered around 11 pm on Friday lying on the ground, near a house on Fort Road. He was found, at the time, dressed only in a grey short pants, while having his left leg and neck tied.
Dr. Christian arrived on the scene 12:30 am and pronounced the body dead.
One man is currently in police custody assisting them with their investigations.
