Police Officer’s Daughter to Face High Court Over Death of Nut Grove Teen in Fatal Crash

La-Shanti Cooper is set to face the High Court on a charge of causing the death of Keane Gregoire by dangerous driving. Prosecutors allege Cooper was speeding or driving dangerously at the time of the fatal accident.

Her case has been scheduled for the January Assizes.

Cooper, the daughter of a police officer, is accused of illegally driving a car that crashed and killed 18-year-old Keane Gregoire of Nut Grove.

  1. So they were not able to sweep this one under the carpet like they did with the dead of Andrea Hughes from New Winthropes. When will that case go to the High Court and the young Mr. Ryan call to account for causing death by dangerous driving. Sad state we are in. No one seem to care. Just another dog that was hit by a car I guess and the dog left behind nine puppies. Mr. COP Atlee Rodney, Mr. AG. Steadroy Benjamin, Shame on you guys. This was a human being and need to have justice. God doesn’t sleep. Someone will have to account for her death.
