Police officer Glenroy Weekes granted bail on charge of stealing from XPZ

Justice Collin Williams today granted Senior Police Officer Glenroy Weekes bail in the High Court.

Weekes is accused of stealing US$ 3000 from XPZ Supermarket.

He has also been charged with firearm and ammunition possession.

Weekes was granted 25K bail with a $7500 cash component.

He allegedly stole the the US$ 3000 from XPZ while it burned.

When police searched his house the following day, they allegedly found an illegal firearm and ammunition.

Weekes denies the allegations.

He has been suspended from the force pending the trial of the matter.

    Where is the arrest for the BROKER.
