Police Investigate Vigilante Retaliation: Man Suffers Severe Injuries in Alleged Schoolgirl Interaction

Those people were wicked. I am upset about what this guy allegedly did to the school girl by touching her but this was unreasonable and disproportionate as punishment. Especially if this man has mental health issues and that was the actual and proximate cause of his alleged actions.

I would have to charge all those folks for mayhem, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, criminal restraint, kidnapping, even attempted murder seem to be reasonable as a charge in this case based on what this article is conveying.

If the evidence shows what is being alleged, mental illness, excessive force being applied to this person, causing the loss of arm, he cannot be charge( no prosecutor could reasonably think criminal charges are just here). Or if charged, there cannot be a conviction or jail/prison sentence.

But I guarantee you, if the information being conveyed here are true, no charges will be laid on this man. I pretty sure all prudent attorney General, prosecutor and police will concur. But then again, this is Antigua.

My crime, abuse and terrorism victim advocacy not only provide legal assistance/service but mental/emotional health services for such kind of people. Your current government refuse to grant me what I NEED to begin such service of national and international importance. Say thank you to ABLP, those minister who ignored my plea, and the PM for saying to my aunt who is his biggest supporter that he cannot help me with basic request like having my application decided expeditiously to open since my endeavor interacts with vicious and qualifying criminal matters.

People must learn to keep their hands to themselves and not touch children inappropriately. I know some people are crazy and don’t care but even crazy people have to face judgement. If he is really crazy then he would not even realize he lost an arm.

The have to be a better way , we are all God’s children and tolerance can save us and the lack of it therefore can be detrimental and cause much pain some with mental illness in the streets of slSTJohns when in crisis and easily be recognized and should be removed by the authorities and that has been happening so if for some reason the call is made and they don’t show up no one has the right to assault him or her with all the tourists in the city and I have seen Mentally Ill people on the streets in Europe so it’s nothing strange but let’s be kinder and give help not assault the term being of unsound mind will demonstrate abnormal behaviors and speech and is a cry for help , let’s give who ever that help not Assault because Mental illness is no respect of person it does not choose all of us are vulnerable anyone of us because of the stressors of life can be a victim of becoming Mentally Ill.
