Police are investigating the circumstances behind a house fire in Seaview Farm this morning.
The large fire engulfed the home and destroyed all its contents.
Large flames from the blaze also damaged at least two nearby vehicles.

Can you believe in all this fire this morning we as a community contacted the Apua authorities to assist us with turning on the pipes to help out your neighbors house and we were told that they can’t put on the pipe, in tragedy like this where lives could be lost Apua deny assist to help out a blazing fire, in a case like this what are people of this country to do? Please tell me
This was indeed a sad moment for the community of Sea View Farm yesterday, especially for the fact that we as a community tried to assist of neighbors whom their house was on fire, by calling the Apua water department to assist with turning on the pipe so that the fire truck to out the fire and we were told that they can’t assist, in a tragedy like that where lives could have to be and worse the Apua refuse to turn on the pipes, now as a community we’re furious but as, the people for this country what are suppose to in times like these can some please tell me? Because rom what happen yesterday it was very disappointing hearing for the water department of apua that the can’t turn on the water!!!
