The second victim in Wednesday’s double murder at Pillar Rock has been identified as 39 year old Mexican national Ronaldo Emmanuel Sandoval Stone.
Police had earlier identified the other victim as 36 year old Cesar Santos Ramirez, who is also Mexican.

Condolences to the family and coworkers. Sounds like the police already have this solved. The person in police custody already lawyer up with Wendell Robinson. It was also said that the person in custody is an Antigua citizen. My question to the police -is he of Hispanic or Latino decent. The Royalton workers are mostly Latinos either from South America or Dominican Republic. Antiguans don’t need to go there to work anyway. The management there don’t like Antiguans.
