The younger of the two suspects is remanded to prison while the other they cannot give information on. That don’t make “no flipping sense”. Angela would be the only one charged because she had admitted to picking up the child and was the one who took the police to the body so that is a done deal. They have to either get a confession from the man or gather evidence of his involvement. They already confirmed he is still in police custody and the investigation is still active. Why not wait to see what happens in the next few days before condemning the police?
My gut feeling is that he is involved some how. This was not just a random kidnap/murder this is major. She was not alone..

The police claim that the male suspect is still in custody is foolishness. A person cannot be held for more than 24 hrs without being charged. Come on police, who are you trying to fool?

When the little girl entered the car. According to those present, there were 2 persons in the car. Therefore, both should have been charged with kidnapping.Then be charged with murder if the evidence leads to that conclusion.
They need to offer her a deal .. protect her family and maybe she will talk ..
