Police Arrest Suspects At Epicurean Supermarket

The police are remaining tight-lipped about what led to a lock-down of Epicurean Supermarket on Friars Hill Road last night.

Police PRO Frankie Thomas told ANR that the police were responding to a report and that the suspects in the matter were apprehended and are assisting the police with their investigations.

Inspector Thomas did not give further details about the nature of the report or the suspects involved.

However, ANR understands that the men are suspected of involvement in a 500 thousand dollar jewellery heist in Blue Waters last month.

According to unconfirmed reports, the men were allegedly trying to make purchases using proceeds from their loot.

The police were alerted and managed to detain some of those involved.

      Soca singing and, ‘…Bat Rhyming.’

      Very good rhyming Bat.

A ‘bat’ song might be good for carnival.

But with no ‘Duncy’ back-up singers.

No info on this one as yet. So no comment.

        • BAT and MISSILES

Will back-up, but not in singing.

Two things fly, ‘…Bat and Missiles.’

Bat on its own and Missiles when thrown.

Will try protect you ‘…from missiles’ in case the audience did not like your singing or the topic you sing.

Prepare to be running, anywhere except in my direction.

Just to make sure that ‘…no wing is clipped.’
