Source Real News Antigua: Up to late last week, the Police had been looking for two persons, one of whom is a teenager, after they were reported missing by family members.

A source tells our newsroom that a Potters woman went to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) and reported that her 14-year-old daughter was missing.

Reportedly the  First Form student of the Pares Secondary School had left home in the early-morning hours of February 20; and up to the time of her mother reporting the matter to the Police, the girl had not returned home.

Reports say the teenager left home at 1 a.m., after the mother had spoken to her daughter about her attitude.

The Potters woman discovered that the child was missing after checking her bedroom and observing that the teen had taken some articles of  clothing, a fan, and other personal belongings from her room.

Apparently, this is not the first time that the 14-year-old has left home.

Meanwhile, a Seatons Village woman also contacted the CID and reported that a 55-year-old Cassada Gardens man had gone missing.

Apparently, the man is an employee with a trucking company located at Cassada Gardens and lives on the compound.

Reports say that he was last seen at about 1:30 p.m. on February 19 on the  compound.

At that time he was wearing a grey T-shirt,  navy blue jeans, and beige construction boots.

The man is reportedly about 5’ 8” in height and dark in complexion.

A search was carried out in the surrounding area for the missing man, but without success, and attempts to reach him via telephone were unsuccessful.

  1. Young people need guidance but sometimes there is no examples in the home from parents, this doesn’t by no way give them reason to act out negatively. Counciling needs to be applied. The devil would not give up one way or another he will try to destroy but I claim deliverance for the entire family.

  2. Was the 55year old diabetic? Was he a normal person? Not epileptic? No mental disorder? I pray he is found and return home safely.

I pray the young lady realise her mistake and return home also.

BTW her attitude was developed due to something 🙄

  3. This is crazy! We are a 1×2 country and people are always missing? We have no ravines or major places to hide or fall over! Has nobody seen anything? I do hope they return unhurt.
