I thought Apple Vacations were a Travel Vacation Agency. Now they are going to Manage Jolly Beach. Something smells real fishy,must be the sea. LOL
I was thinking the same thing. Apple is a tour operator. Selling hotel rooms is not like selling hot bread. Just the way Gaston talk you can hear there is no real management plan. The hotel is going to be ready and rooms sold all within 60 days? Who will manage the hotel? Will this be a profitable venture or another way to rip off the government. This really sounds like next level BS.

My family came for a visit before the pandemic and were very disappointed with the place. It was run down 3yrs ago and needed serious work.
Spruce up? Just another half assed fix up by the government. If they spruce up the way they did Halcyon Cove years ago, you can guarantee the guest will not be returning.
I wonder, when they say government owned after they destroy companies with taxes and BS, does GB and friends add it to there personal real estate portfolio?

Give me a break, 60 days, no way, as if. The resort will need water, electricity, healthy sanitization, groundwork, massive repairs, pool overhaul, etc. AND EMPLOYEES!
Saying it will be up and running in 60 days is outrageous. Even in high output countries where supplies are readily available 60 days would be unreasonable and unreachable. Does the PM have any advisors or is he completely rogue?
If JHR is up and running in 60 days I will stop complaining about the poor internet in AG. Neither of these things will happen.
