  1. What is controversial about the statement? We do not take our Antigua Black pineapple seriously. The Chinese may be have stolen the germplasm already. They will be selling our Antigua Black pineapple all over the world. Even the name Antigua Black should have been protected already.

    • @Charles Tabor…everything which you have stated in terms of research, cultivation, reproduction, copyrights, marketing to distribution is correct, and the majority of the blame must be placed at the private sector doorsteps for not being on the forefront on the #AntiguaBlack and the businesses which surround it.

Could Antigua Black be going the way of, “J’Ouvert Rum?”

  2. World dictator traitor tyrant liar Gaston Browne just continues to spew shit out of his mouth.

Black man selling out black people as always just like our African brothers and sisters back in the days of slavery.

This fecal idiot must be removed from office. All those that continue to vote him and his cesspool of leeches are just as guilty for the sad state of affairs our nation is in.

Where are the spineless criminals who abducted, kidnapped and murdered Nigel Christian execution style for investigating the “forged” signatures at the Port? The hands of Browne, Benjamin, Telemaque et al are dirty. The killers must be brought to justice. Don’t let Nigel Christian’s investigations be a waste. Expose all the corrupt persons. No one is above the law. That especially includes ministers.

    • Can’t you clean up your language a little bit, please. You must be hells to live with or just even be around. Your profanity is not pleaing to the ancestors.

    • I thought that it was 4 people said to be involved in Nigel Christian murder. Where is the fourth person? The police commissioner need to update the public where they’re in capturing the fourth person.

      • @John Hughes
Four people did the dirty work. They were not the masterminds behind it, it’s people high up in govt trying to cover up their underhanded deeds. Those same masterminds could only convince three people to take money and be their scapegoats.

  3. I agree with the PM on this one. Sadly, he’s right. So is Tabor. We don’t take our Antigua Black Pineapple seriously. Other interests are going to exploit it for sure. We must be vigilant.

  4. We are losing everything that is our national symbol and pride. We the nationals of Antigua and Barbuda 🇦🇬 don’t take our nation serious. Our culture is dying out slowly and overshadowed my other people culture. What do we have to offer the tourists coming here other than the beaches? Because the culture of Antigua and Barbuda 🇦🇬 is a dead duck 🦆. What can we do to bring our culture back to the four front again? What we are seeing everywhere we go in Antigua and Barbuda 🇦🇬 is another country culture. For example, when we Antiguans and Barbudans travels overseas do we see our native culture dominating other people country? We need to do something to save our black Pineapple 🍍 it is our national symbol and part of our tourism marketing strategy.

  5. Look. The red kool-aid gang will agree with just about any degree of nonsense in the name of supporting the kool-aid factory. His statements are tantamount to criticizing one’s own child in public. That’s something you just don’t do. Leadership really does matter and GB sucks at being a good leader.
