Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister and CARICOM Chairman Gaston Browne has disclosed he will be writing to the United Kingdom in a bid to secure the antiviral pill as part of the response to COVID-19.
Britain has become the first country to grant conditional authorization for the rollout of the pill, produced by Merck, to treat the viral illness.
