  1. Not months Mr. Lewis, Government owe back pay since 2018……..6 years still can’t get the outstanding back pay. I guess this admistration going to wait like the previous ones to pay decades after???
    Pay people them money from 2018, 2018, 2018, 2018, 2018.

  2. $100 Million??? What an absolute outrage!

I had no idea it was so much money. This figure alone would have allowed hardworking Antiguan citizens to revive the economy easily.

How on earth was this allowed to happen? And it just goes to show that having the PM as Finance Minister is utter nonsense. Tarl!

This should be a resignation matter. Forthwith!

  3. Those in leadership in Antigua and Barbuda. They gave themselves raises and back pay in a matter of a minute. Now it is the poor people time. To get what is rightfully theirs no such a thing. You people need to show for work and go slowly on the job. They cannot stop you from going slowly in the work place.

  4. @Brix…ALP left a similar amount for UPP to pay and Harold Lovell paid it. He would have paid this again if people had voted for their best interest, voting UPP into power.

ABLP is all for self. They weren’t concerned about amounts when they voted themselves increases and backpay. Neither are they ever concerned when family and friends line up for self enrichment.

Truth is, it’s not about the amount. it’s about Gaston wanting to play with this issue until election when he can use it as an election gimmick.

  5. PEOPLE NEED THEIR MONEY IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS TO DO THEIR SHOPPING.HAVE MERCY UPON THEM AND GRANT THEM WHAT RIGHTFULLY BELONGS TO THEM.
