SEAN BIRD , I listened to a program on ZDK on BRUCE program and you admitted that you received payment from the Government and you did NOT work for this payment. Sean , I am very upset and just to let know that you are very DISHONEST. You should be DRAGGED to court to payback this money. Our Family would Not be voting for you . We have voted UPP in the past. Now my Family of 12 will vote for ABLP ( Hon. Maria Browne). Sean, what you did is border line FRAUD. You are very DISHONEST.Reply

A – Anything goes for cabinet members for self-enrichment schemes.
B – Browne, the worst Prime Minister since Lester Bird.
L – Lying about improving the lives of Antiguans and the economy, since 2014-2022.
P – Pensioners & Payments being denied to the citizens that they have worked so hard for.

You are talking about fraud. How about Maria not showing for work and getting paid tens of thousand per month. How about all the government lands acquired for less than $3.00 a sq.ft. You should’ve talk about dishonesty until you look at all the creative ways this family got rich with you the people’s assets.

I believe he has said so. I have my reasons. I know him well enough to deduce that his decision to run with the UPP was done in protest of the PM and the. action taken by the Central Executive before the 2014 elections, and now his recent termination from a paid position.
I can’t say enough how disappointed I am by his poor decision. And I have shared my disappointment with him personally. I still consider him to be a good guy but an immature feeling controlled his thought process when he chose to make this unwise decision.
The UPP, on the other hand is clearly only using him as a political football in light of their disgust for his family legacy. They wish to see his family name relegated to the dustbin of history.
In the process, they are able to have him use his media house to get their message out. They could not hope that the Rural East voters will flip so significantly so as to give him the nod.
There are two or three boxes in that constituency that he must devour with great acceptation. We will see how wrong I’m proven to be in due course…

Shawn is Running against Gaston Brown wife , so what do you expect? Knowing Gastón he will continue to go after Shawn on his radio day after day relentlessly. The amount of money snd government resources that is being spent in that constituency above any other it is almost impossible for the opposition to win that seat. Unless the people do like Grenada and disregarded the pre-election spending and give away and punished the incumbent for this tactic.

Prime Minister Gaston Browne told Antigua Newsroom:
Sean Bird has told several people that he is still a Labour man and that he regrets joining the UPP. Ask any of the staff at ZDK and they can corroborate the claim.
He even unjustifiably blamed me for his decision to join UPP, instead of taking responsibility for his actions.
They only issue I had with Sean Bird, was his collection of $5500 monthly from the treasury, over an 18 month period without showing up for work.
This caused me to terminate his employment to prevent the abuse of public resources.
It was expected that he would have repaid the amount since it was not earned. However, he has not pay back the amounts collected.
I maintain my position that Sean says that he is not happy with the UPP and he will leave the party after he loses the next general elections.
In fact, I was told that he even plans to migrate to the US and has started to make plans to that effect.
He has no choice but to deny, deny, deny at this point but, the truth always rises to the top and this will be proven in due course.
Sean Bird said that joining the UPP was a big mistake and he can’t wait to leave.
