Some of the attendees at Camp Go Girl joined the organiser, Malika Moffett and representatives from Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa for an official cheque handover.

This is the second consecutive year that the resort has sponsored the camp, which is being held at the Sea View Farm Primary School.The initiative is aimed at empowering girls ages 7-17 through activities that build character.

Assistant Training & Development Manager at Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa Carlene Spencer lectures to girls ages 10-13 about self-esteem. Other volunteers from the resort made presentations about bullying, self-care, employment and social media.
