Harold needs to either stay in Canada and fulfill his “dream” or give the country the attention it deserves from him. If he can’t then just stay in Canada and advise the rest of the party on the way forward. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. In recent history there was an MP and Minister who travelled regularly to attend to a degree and it was deemed inappropriate because you truly can’t focus on both.
