  1. Hopefully this extra revenue will be used to improve our awful roads; I’m just a bit perturbed that Lionel Hurst hasn’t explained how these extra funds will be used in his video how?

And furthermore, many of these parking cash meters were first introduced in European countries, and had to be eventually replaced, because they were constantly broken into and then had to be eventually replaced with ones that accepted bank cards and mobile phones.

    Just saying …

I hope Lionel Hurst has also looked into this.

  2. Stop taxing people. Stop thinking collecting more money will fix our counties problems. SPending money is the problem. Stop spending … stop spending.

  3. So what about the “CAR PARK”? Taxpayers monies just gone down the slippery slope.
Why not create more jobs and provide farming land for young who wants to indulged in farming for a lively wood.
Where are people going to find the monies to pay for parking meters when persons are unemployed hungry and homeless?

  4. Anything new means a kickback to Nobody wants to see a run down town with crappy roads and sidewalks, with new garbage cans and new parking meters. Antiguans deserve what we get ! 5 more years !
