What do you really believe? You’re all over the place with your commentary on almost every issue. You just wing it most times with real direction to your points if view. What’s that about, sir? Is it just for the heck of it?

Central to this agreement must be the realization that the Pan Association cannot and should not depend on any government for all its monies.

It must have plans and programs throughout the year to raise funds and cater to the needs of the communities, which in turn will attract sponsors.

Sponsors are not willing to part with their hard-earned money until and unless they see how bands are managed, including how they account for their funds.

What’s new? According to the minister this was proposed since last year and the pan association had difficulty with what the split should be, which brought us to this madness.
Just a bunch a hype. Turning down 330 plus ticket, then agreeing to just about the same thing over a three year span.

3…Throughput the year, the Pan Association must produce #Reallity Television/Social_Media Programs.

(b)…fastest tuner!
(c)…fastest #rubber_wrapper!

On another note, again, wire the trollies with microphones, send them to a mixing board, balance, tweak, enhance, send to mega_Speakers like the #Sound_Systems are doing and take back the streets for J’ouvert.
‘Mas_N_Pan’ go together, the divorce was due to the fact, that #REVELLERS (not Wanga Revellers), but troupe participants could not hear the music, after Hi_Fi and Sound Systems took over, so they lost the appeal to the large mas bands, and the small ones too. Now, not even the Junior Carnival with a large School (A-1 training ground for the Pan Industry) participation have a lot of Pan incorporated in their program, even though, there’s a school panorama competition.
