The owners of the Jamaica-based franchise disbanded the team citing unsustainability issues. Earlier this year in February, the Tallawahs’ replacement was unveiled as the new team in February this year. The Falcons will be playing their home games at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Ground in Antigua.

The team will be featuring a number of global stars including Pakistani trio Mohammad Amir, Imad Wasim, and Fakhar Zaman.

All three players are currently playing for Pakistan in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024. Apart from them, the Falcons will also have the services of Australian allrounder Chris Green and Afghanistan star Azmatullah Omarzai for CPL 2024.

The 12-member squad announced by the franchise also features Brandon King and Fabian Allen.

Both King and Allen are part of the West Indies team that is currently playing in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024. The other local players in the squad are Hayden Walsh and Shamar Springer.

The Falcons will have to fill five more spots at the CPL draft, scheduled to take place next month.
