A delegation of over a hundred people will represent Antigua and Barbuda at the 14th edition of the Carifesta.
It will take place in Trinidad under the theme: The Tangible and The Intangible.
The groups participating include: Hellgates steel orchestra, the national dance theatre, the national youth choir and the youth theatre.
Several soca and calypso artists will be participating including: Menace XL, Blade, Claudete ‘CP’ Peters and others.
Other areas to be covered are fashion, craft, literary, visual and culinery arts.
Antigua’s first feature film, the romantic comedy by Hammer films will also be featured at Carifesta.
