The Cabinet says it decided to offer an Official Funeral to the late Parliamentarian, Honourable Henderson Simon, who died less than one week ago.
The former Minister of Government served two terms in the House of Representatives from 1984 to 1994; was once the General Manager of APUA; was a teacher and an instructor in mathematics, who gave of his time at no cost to many students from Barbuda and from City West.
The date of the funeral will be decided in conjunction with the family, the Church, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
