OBSERVATION
Poorly manufactured products are becoming safety hazards, especially among the poorest of our people. CLICK HERE TO JOIN OUR WHATS APP GROUP
After an accident with matches made on our sister island, I swore I would never buy the safety hazard again.
This box in the photo was not bought by me, but the same poor manufacturing of this product has clearly made these matches a fire hazard.
The careless application of the sulphuric top, bulging with several sticks stuck together is bad enough, but the brittle sticks break at the first swipe, forcing you to duck the lit top.
Is this a matter for Consumer Affairs?
Or do we just have to hang a sign, BUYER BEWARE!
