The Prices and Consumer Affairs Division is informing the public that our office will re-open on a limited basis commencing Friday 1st May, 2020.
Our hours of operation will be from 8:00 A.M. to noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until further notice.
As much as it is possible, consumers are encouraged to make telephone complaints via 562-2732/3 or 462-4347. Emails can be sent to [email protected].
To ensure continued communication with the public after operational hours, consumers may contact ourhotline/whatsapp number 464-4238 to obtain information, make complaints and/or inform us about occurrences of price gouging.
Consumers may continue to contact us via facebook or Instagram. Complaints can also be made via these social media platforms.
