The Antigua & Barbuda Social Security Board (ABSSB) is advising all employers that the implementation date of the $100 penalty fee per page for the submission of incomplete or incorrect information, which was earmarked for 1st July 2018, has been deferred pending outcome of discussions – re: The Social Security (Collection of Contributions) Regulations, 2013, S.I. No. 15 of 2013, subsection 15 (2) – with the Employers Federation, Chambers of Commerce and the Government of Antigua & Barbuda.
