6. I remember in 2006//7during the construction phase of the Vivian Richard Stadium Co Williams was contracted to build and re service the roads around the stadium. After completion of the roads there were some question by the opposition in some of the re servicing and cost comparing to what is happening today but their are some question as to why do we contract that said company to continue Now I look at the material that we are using continuously we are throwing our monies down the drain of no return of our infrastructure good roads, drain and curves Let us look at Factory Road up to Willikies Now the Valley Road do these professional engineees understand what they are doing do they make sure that pipes drain culverts are in place before surfacing bus stop etc Why we are allowing these guys to use maull to throw at the side of the road for shoudering the edges if when the material is used under the road and it is protected with stones and oil and it is washed out why you expect it to hold at the side People wake up my solution to our road problems let us get the material from Bendals or from Buckley’s that green🟢 stone that can be found up to Liberta we are getting some inferior oil let us used our used tyres shred and melted to do our roads
