The Select Committee will meet on Thursday 1st April to discuss the Hemp Bill of 2021 and the Criminal Proceedings (Trial by Judge alone) Bill, 2021 at the Parliament Building.
Discussions will begin at 10.00am and interested persons are invited to come and make their contributions.
Members of the Bar Association, Lawyers, and law enforcement officials are specially invited to attend the meeting on Thursday.
Both the Hemp Bill of 2021 and the Criminal Proceedings (Trial by Judge alone) Bill, 2021 can be accessed from the government website at www.laws.gov.ag.
