Location:A section of Sir Sydney Walling Highway – near Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium.
A planned road closure is now ongoing to facilitate road works between the North Sound Roundabout and the Entrance of the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium and will result in full road closure in the area.
Road users are urged to proceed with caution and follow the established diversion routes for northbound and southbound traffic.
Eastbound traffic: Divert left at the north sound roundabout, then right at the following roundabout then right at the stadium Road, then right again at the exit from the stadium road to rejoin these Sydney Walling Highway,
Westbound traffic: Divert right at the entrance of the stadium, then left onto the stadium Road, then left at the roundabout then rejoin Sydney Walling Highway westward traffic at the north sound roundabout.

Have never read such a comical road diversion… It’s pathetic. Turn right, swing left, turn right, u-turn and left again. We aren’t in the Stone Age! Do you really think Mrs Jones is tuning in online before making a trip to town and jotting down any left or right turns she must make along her journey..This new ‘contractor’ are bigger jokers than the first set doing airport road…
