The general public is reminded of ongoing asphalt works on Anchorage Road (AR).
ALL BUSINESSES REMAIN OPEN.
Flag persons will be employed and the general public is encouraged to follow all instructions to ensure a cautious and safe passageway, as heavy-duty equipment will be operating near the laying of asphalt.
C O Williams sincerely regrets the inconvenience. The road work is being carried out under the Government of Antigua and Barbuda’s Second Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project.
Stakeholders are asked to make adjustments to their travel plans to allow for delays.

I am completely happy to see that the roads of Antigua is finally getting the attention that they desperately need, but these road workers need to just leave the roads at this point because they aren’t doing the road no justice. The patch here and patch there is making our roads look real ridiculous and bumpy. Like just fix and entire road and done instead of the constant patching up. Then when rain come the potholes gets worse. Do it good and done so y’all don’t have to come bk over and over
