NOTICE: Collection of all Child Maintenance Funds

Please take note that with effect from 1st March, 2022, the collection of all Child Maintenance Funds will be relocated to the Family Court located on High Street upstairs Ryan’s Building.

 

Note, that the Disbursement of Maintenance Payments will remain at the Magistrate’s Court.

 

Persons can visit the office to submit payments between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Fridays.

 

All visitors to the Family Court are kindly asked to observe the dress code which includes the following:

 

NO SPAGHETTI STRAPS

NO SLEEVELESS ATTIRE

NO HALTER TOPS

NO TUBE TOPS

NO SHORT PANTS

NO DRESS ABOVE THE KNEE

NO SLIPPERS

NO TIGHTS

NO TIGHT FITTED TOPS

NO SHORT TIGHT FITTED SKIRTS

NO VESTS

NO TORN/RIPPED CLOTHING

NO RIPPED WASHED COLORED JEANS

NO REVEALING OR EXPOSING OF BODY PARTS

  2. Hope the monies will be paid out in a timely manner. Treasury need to do better today is the 24th and monies for January haven’t been paid as yet. Foolishness!
