
The public is hereby notified of ongoing road work as part of works associated with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda Second Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation project office cleaning.
On Monday 7th September, 2020 the contractor, CO Williams Construction Antigua limited (COWCL) will commence the cleaning of drains along Sir Sidney Walling Highway (Factory Road). The cleaning works will start in Willikies and will proceed along Sir Sidney Walling Highway towards the capital St. John’s.
Traffic flow may be affected by the movement of heavy duty equipment for the duration of the cleaning works resulting in single lane traffic as the cleaning work move towards St. John’s. Safely cones and signage will be placed in the area of the works to give early warning to motor is proceeding at both ends of worksite.
