Writer of this article please rephrase your heading from “NO parking allowed…..” to “Parking is not allowed …..” The former sounds ambiguous and incorrect. You cannot start off your sentence in the negative. It’s telling the driver it is okay to park because no parking is allowed which makes no sense.
